1. General Information
All parcels are usually despatched within 24h - 48h once order is confirmed mainly using DHL Paket International (DPWN) or an express courier of our choice. Full insurance is always included. A tracking number together with tracking instructions is emailed so you can watch the progress. Unfortunately not all countries support DPWN tracking numbers and once such parcel is abroad a new parcel number is generated. This does not apply to express couriers which allow watching your order progress throughout the world.
Delivery time depends on your country and the service you choose. DPWN offers two services: Standard (economy) and Priority (first class) Mail. Priority Mail parcels are always sent by the fastest available route to the destination country. Express couriers are naturally the fastest option at higher expenses. Letters are sent by signed mail and priority mail.
2. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are calculated as fairly as possible based upon the weight or size of the item you have placed in your shopping cart. We do not intend to profit on those fees. Shipping & Handling fees are included. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. 3. Brokerage fee
There is no brokerage fee for shipments by Deutsche Post aka DHL Paket. Express couriers may charge such a fee when importing goods to your country (not UK, European Community and USA). This varies from approx. £20 up to £35 and depends on country. However, this is the fastest delivery way.
NOTE: There is no brokerage fee for imports to the USA. Furthermore imported Super 8mm film equipment to USA is no subject to import duty. Deliveries to UK and European Community are duty and tax free.
4. Delivery / Non-Delivery
Please note delivery times are estimates only, are not guaranteed and can be longer during peak periods (Christmas for example). Customs check or acts of nature may cause a delay too. If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us through our Contact Us form or on syeoruvhiacvee@2s0uspeecro8nedxscthoacnogmep.lcyom. In the event of a non-delivery we will file a claim from our side. Please note we can only allow a replacement and/or refund after DPWN (or your courier) classifies a parcel as lost. The time scale for such claim takes from 10 to 30 business days and depends upon the circumstances in a particular case. We will keep you informed and forward any correspondence immediately to you.
5. Damage / Shortage
Inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Such damage may include crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If there is apparent damage, sign the carrier's receipt with the words: "Exception - Damage". All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract and are shipped by insured mail, thus damage during transit is not considered a defective condition. In such a unlikely event, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. If a package is damaged via your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), then you must complete a claim form. You are reimbursed directly from your local postal service for damaged claims. Although we will insure the package, you have to file a claim. Be assured we will provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event.
