We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and, at your discretion, an exchange or refund will be given. All items must be returned in same original condition in which they were purchased. All returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Original shipping charges as well as all return expenses are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect product has been shipped.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 24h of receiving and return it for inspection within 3 days of receipt. Once we have confirmed the receipt of returned item and/or verified the fault, we will issue you (at your discretion) a replacement, store credit or full refund via original payment method including the return shipping costs. All shipping charges will be refunded to you as long as the return shipping costs do not exceed shipping to your location. Any returned item that is found not to be defective or incomplete may be subject to a 12.5% service fee and will be returned at your expense.

A RMA number helps to speed up the processing of your return and you can track the progress through our Track a Return form.
